D. Pool of Qualified and Effective Training Facilitators with actual seagoing experienced.
E. Fully air-conditioned rooms and Quality Service oriented employees.

How we differ from others?

We value SERVICE INTEGRITY, GENUINE PROTECTIVE CONCERN AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY. Enrolling at PENTAGON is not only ABOUT training or learning the competence. We settle not only to the primordial requirement.

We create relationships and experiences with our stake holders that are unique, A totally new frictionless way for people to get result. THUS, at PENTAGON NAUTICAL, we offer TRAINING SUPPORT for EXCEPTIONAL RESULT.

We value INTEGRITY in our operations, following and complying to the STANDARD required by International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW). IT IS A MUST that you learned and gained the necessary competence that you will definitely use when on-board and become successful in seafaring.

Sad to say, common mind set of almost everyone in this Industry getting certification was for “certification only”. Because of that mind set, most training centers are becoming less and less conscious of the Training Result. Unknown to the trainees, the lack of practical knowledge and updated information may cause them to lose their job.

In an edited article of DR. WILLIAM H. MOORE presentation during the 2017 SAFETY4SEA CONFERENCE, He highlighted that training is necessary not only for regulatory compliance but also to develop skills, and that learning outcomes should be consistent with desired performance objectives. Above all, he emphasized that commitment to competence assurance is vital to the retention of their seafarer’s skill sets and employment.

So, if your Training is vital to keep your JOB, why settle for less? Why settle for training centers that allowed Trainees non-appearance, tolerate absences and tardiness and film or video showing instead of lectures and discussion in exchange of CHEAPER training Fee? What will you learn from that?

You want to keep your Job? Start by changing your mind set, BECAUSE THE MOMENT YOU SETTLE FOR LESS THAN YOU DESERVE, YOU GET EVEN LESS THAN YOU SETTLE FOR.

See you at PENTAGON.
